XPENG officially released the MONA M03 on August 27th during a launch event. This model, positioned as a "smart battery electric hatchback coupe", comes in three variants: the XPENG MONA M03 515 Long CruisingRange version, priced at 119,800 RMB; the XPENG MONA M03 620 Ultra Long Cruising Range version, priced at 129,800 RMB; and the XPENG MONA M03 580 Ultra Long Cruising Range Max version, priced at 155,800 RMB. Notably, the Max version is set to commence delivery after the Spring Festival in 2025.
XPENG is particularly attuned to the needs of young users in terms of smart technology.
Relying on XPENG's leading intelligent driving technology, the 515 Long Cruising Range and 620 Ultra Long Cruising Range versions of the XPENG MONA M03 are equipped with more than 20 smart perception hardware, the only standard equipment in their class, including 2 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars and 7 cameras, offering the strongest perception capability in their class and achieving L2-level intelligent driving capabilities. It is also the only model in its class that comes standard with LCC lane centering assistance, ACC adaptive cruise control, and a 360-degree imaging system. In addition, it boasts the best full-scene smart parking system in its class, with 100% scenario applicability and a parking success rate of 95%, making parking more relaxed and efficient.
The 580 Ultra Long Cruising Range Max version of MONA M03 is equipped with the full-scene intelligent assisted driving XNGP, which is currently the only high-level intelligent assisted driving system under 200,000 RMB, not limited by city, route, or road conditions, suitable for roads across the country, and especially suitable for users pursuing the ultimate smart experience.
In terms of power and cruising range, the new car will offer two types of motors with maximum power of 140kW and 160kW, and acceleration times from 0-100km/h of 7.8 and 7.4 seconds, respectively. They are equipped with two types of lithium iron phosphate batteries, 51.8 kWh and 62.2 kWh, with a range of 515km and 620km, respectively. The XPENG MONA M03 620 Ultra Long Cruising Range version has a real range of 620km, with a comprehensive power consumption of 11.5kWh per hundred kilometers, and a measured energy consumption that can be as low as 9.6kWh, with a 15-minute fast charge providing a range of 200 kilometers, ranking at the forefront of its class.
